Der Inhaber des Unternehmens, Jens Diefenbach ist schon seit fast 20 Jahren, erfolgreich auf dem Sektor der Veranstaltungstechnik tätig. Er begann in jungen Jahren als Techniker und Operator und verlagerte sein Tätigkeitsspektrum sukzessiv auf die Bereiche der technischen Planung und Dokumentation sowie der Ausführung von veranstaltungstechnischen Projekten aller Bereiche.
